Marion County Juniors offers quality volleyball programs to boys and girls ages 5 through adults through competitive leagues, off-season training, camps, and private lessons. Our coaching staff is dedicated to providing the best volleyball instruction in the area. All MCJ coaches are certified and strive to build skills, character, and sportsmanship in a positive learning environment.
MCJ is a not-for-profit organization committed to making club volleyball affordable and available to as many young people in Marion County as possible. Our goal is excellence in every aspect of a player’s volleyball experience at MCJ.
MCJ is a competitive volleyball club. MCJ’s commitment to winning, however, will never sacrifice the self-esteem or confidence of any player. MCJ’s coaches are devoted to positive player and team development. Our coaches build confidence and emphasize strong character with each player.
MCJ demands excellence from our players, as volleyball players, teammates and people. MCJ’s coaches and parents must lead by example and exhibit the standards expected of our players. MCJ’s coaches, directors, parents and players are accountable to the same standards of integrity, character and sportsmanship.
We consider MCJ much more than a volleyball club. We are a volleyball family. No one player is more important than another at MCJ. Every player and family is equally important to the success of MCJ.
Every participant in MCJ programs must be an active member of AAU sports.
